1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase or use any products from this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All products sold by Prestige Labs are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are NOT intended for, and must NOT be used for:

  • Injection (human or veterinary)

  • Food or drink

  • Cosmetics or topical application

  • Household use

  • Any form of resale for non-research purposes

Nothing sold by Prestige Labs is a medicine, medical device, cosmetic, or food supplement under UK law.

4. No Medical Claims

Prestige Labs does not provide medical advice.

No information on this website, including product descriptions, articles, or videos, should be interpreted as medical, therapeutic, or health advice.

None of our products are approved by the MHRA, NHS, or any regulatory authority for human or animal use.

5. Regulatory Responsibility

The purchaser confirms that they:

  • Are familiar with UK regulations relating to chemical handling and laboratory research

  • Understand the hazards associated with handling research chemicals

  • Have appropriate facilities, training, and safety procedures in place

  • Will comply with all applicable UK laws, regulations, and guidance

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring lawful possession, handling, storage, disposal, and use of all products purchased from Prestige Labs.

6. No Warranty

All products are supplied “as is” and without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Merchantability

  • Accuracy of research outcomes

Prestige Labs does not guarantee that products are suitable for any particular research application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Prestige Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • This includes (but is not limited to) loss of profits, personal injury, property damage, research failure, or regulatory breaches

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited under UK law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Indemnity

The purchaser agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Prestige Labs, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Handling, storage, or use of products

  • Breach of these terms

  • Breach of any applicable laws or regulations

9. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Prestige Labs reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Request additional verification

  • Decline sale if there is reason to believe products may be used for unauthorised or unlawful purposes

10. Athletic & Sporting Disclaimer

None of our products are approved by any sporting or athletic governing body.

Products must not be used by professional or amateur athletes where prohibited.

Prestige Labs accepts no responsibility for disciplinary action or consequences arising from misuse.

11. International Orders

Prestige Labs makes no representation that products are legal for research use outside the United Kingdom.

International customers confirm that:

  • They have checked local laws and regulations

  • Importation is lawful in their jurisdiction

  • They accept full responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, seizures, or regulatory action

Prestige Labs is not responsible for customs delays, confiscations, or refusals.

12. Intellectual Property

The listing of any product does not grant a licence for use in patent infringement or intellectual property violations.

All materials must be handled only by qualified individuals.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
